  Joann is becoming notorious for understaffing. Yesterday there were 15 customers in line, and one cashier. I've seen lines even longer. I've come to expect it. I never can find anyone on the floor to ask for help or information. Hire more people, Joann! Customers are not happy about waiting 20 minutes to pay!

  I came to purchase embroidery thread with what I thought was 20 o/o coupon. When I got to check out after waiting behind 9 customers with only one check out for half of those customers, I had tried to use the wrong coupon meant for discount on app signing. The line behind me was even longer now, not wanting to take to long and realizing after it was an email coupon, I paid full price for most of the thread, $88. After coming home I was upset with myself for not taking the time to figure it out. Also, upset with person waiting on me for not telling me where to find it seeing my phone in hand. I was just trying to be considerate of those behind me.

  I enjoyed my visit, there's a wonderful selection of fabrics as well as seasonal decorations!! I always find a treasure to take home! Over the years iv accumulated a beautiful collection of Easter and Christmas decorations from Joann Fabrics !!
